Creating Inspiring Learning Spaces at Government Schools in Chitral, Pakistan. See the Transformation Your Support Made Possible

Every child deserves a classroom that sparks joy and curiosity.

In the heart of Chitral Valley, Worldwide Education Foundation (WEF), USA, in partnership with Foundation to Empower Students (FES), Pakistan, is transforming government primary schools into technology-enabled learning environments. Through its Government School Learning Centers and Model Schools initiatives, WEF provides Montessori-based Early Childhood Development for children aged 3–5, structured English language learning for students aged 6–11, and modern, technology-rich classrooms that enhance teaching and learning.

Currently, these integrated programs operate in 10 government schools, serving more than 2,000 students through the support of 25 trained teachers. Building on this success, WEF aims to expand this model to 600 centers by 2035, creating greater access to quality education for children in underserved communities.

Launched in 2024–2025, the combined investment across both initiatives is projected at USD 4 million (PKR 120 crore rupees), reflecting WEF’s long-term commitment to strengthening public education and creating learning environments where every child can thrive.

Before: A basic classroom with limited learning opportunities.
After: A vibrant learning space designed to inspire and engage young learners.

See this transformation in action and experience the impact firsthand.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors, partners, and supporters whose generosity and commitment make this work possible. Your support is helping create opportunities for children in some of the most remote communities, ensuring they have access to quality education and a brighter future.
