MOU Inked with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, Pakistan

Worldwide Education Fund of The Dallas Foundation (WEF), USA is happy to announce a significant milestone in it’s mission to advance education in Chitral, Pakistan through its collaborative efforts with Foundation to Empower Students (FES), in Pakistan and Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education Department in Pakistan. 

This strategic collaboration paves the way for the launch of the transformative project, “Learning Centers: Integrating Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Technology-Assisted Language Labs” in Booni, Chitral, Pakistan. This initiative aims to elevate the educational landscape in Booni, Chitral, by seamlessly merging Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs with state-of-the-art Technology-Assisted Language Labs across 19 government schools in Booni Chitral.

With 5 In-School Language Labs and 1 ECD center/ Training center, WEF/FES is impacting 1500 students. The new initiative will increase the impact to over 2,000 students attending ECD, primary and secondary schools 

FES has officially signed a MoU with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education Department in Pakistan. WEF is on track to grant 13 Crore Rupees( $450,000) to FES to deliver the program efficiently over the next five years. 

This project stands as a testament to the unwavering support of our dedicated donors. Their generosity serves as the driving force behind the transformation of education in underserved regions, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless children.
