Bright Beginnings: Early Childhood Learning Centers Women-led Social Entrepreneurial Model (Launched in 2025)	WEF transforms selected dedicated spaces in private homes, community centers & government schools, into technology driven Montessori-based learning environment.	3–5 Years Old Nurturing minds, growing futures	100+ Centers are operational 3,000 Students 200 Montessori trained teachers and aides	By 2030, 500 centers, 15,000 students & 1,000 local women will be benefited. By 2035, 1,200 centers, 36,000 students and 2,400 women will be empowered. WEF’s investment over term of the project is projected to be 4 million Dollars / 120 crore Rupees.

In-School Language Labs Structured English language learning environment to strengthen students' speaking and listening skills through facilitated technology-enabled instructions (Launched in 2021)	Low-Income Private Schools in Upper Chitral.	6–16 Years Old Primary & Secondary School Students	5 English Language Labs 2,000+ Students 5 English language facilitators	WEF successfully transitioned ownership and ongoing management in April 2026. WEF continues to provide teacher training, English language resources and scholarships to underserved students.
Herzing-Daya Research & Learning Hub One of Pakistan’s first ECD research hubs in a remote mountainous region, dedicated to producing locally grounded evidence on early childhood development in underserved contexts, informing policy, and enabling scalable impact. Herzing Center for Skills, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Integrated platform for professional development, teachers' training, vocational skills, degree and diploma programs (Launched in 2026)	Hosted at the University of Chitral	Youth and job seekers Educators and trainers Build and strengthen relationships by partnering with training institutions in Pakistan and internationally.	Develop workforce ready talent for high demand sectors. Emphasizes certification, hands-on training and job placement. Track includes diplomas in ECD, hospitality, travel and tourism, technology and higher education pathways.

To date WEF has invested 7,000 Dollars / 6.29 Lac Rupees.
AM Rising Stars Undergraduate Scholarship Removes financial barriers to higher education (Launched in 2023)	American University of Central Asia (AUCA), Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan University of Central Asia (UCA), Khorog, Tajikistan	Selected students from Tajikistan & Kyrgyzstan	AUCA: 52 Scholarship Recipients UCA: 14 Scholarship Recipients	Funded by Sadiq Ali & Family, administered by WEF. Funded by Sadiq Ali Family total investment to date of USD 120,000/11 million TJS
