Worldwide Education Fund (WEF), USA, together with implementing partner Foundation to Empower Students (FES), celebrated World Children’s Day with an inspiring program that brought children, teachers, parents, and community leaders together in Chitral, Pakistan. The event opened with a warm welcome and quickly filled with energy as students presented role plays, storytelling activities, and short performances highlighting the value of education and children’s rights.

These moments captured the confidence and creativity nurtured through WEF-supported Early Childhood and Language Learning Centers. Representatives from FES and the district administration also shared brief remarks, acknowledging the impact of these centers, the dedication of teachers, and the strong support from donors and partners.



Community participation remained a highlight of the day, with parents and local stakeholders joining in large numbers to celebrate children’s achievements. Their presence reinforced the shared commitment to strengthening learning opportunities across the region.
