Project Description:
The Worldwide Education Fund of The Dallas Foundation, has generously contributed to the University of Central Asia School of Professional and Continuing Education (UCA-SPCE). Following last year’s donation of 10 high-speed desktop computers, WEF has recently added 11 more, enhancing the capacity and efficiency of the computer lab at UCA-SPCE.
The primary goal of this initiative is to broaden the scope of education by utilizing these computers to offer classes to students who may face challenges accessing UCA-SPCE’s facilities. This expansion aims to provide enhanced teaching options, ensuring educational opportunities reach a wider audience.
Aligned with the scholarship program’s vision, the project anticipates that graduates will benefit from a cutting-edge facility in Khorog, making a meaningful impact on society. Moreover, the computer lab, equipped with high-speed computers, serves as a platform for certified teachers trained through WEF scholarships to conduct Emerging Technology courses. This strategic collaboration between WEF and UCA-SPCE underscores a commitment to advancing education and empowering students for a technology-driven future.
